Using this website

This site is published by Primary Tree Surgeons Ltd, company number 3317821, VAT registration 689 25 33. It describes the services we offer and is not a contractual offer.

Quotations

Nothing on this site is a price. Every job is quoted after we have seen the tree, because size, condition, what is underneath it and how we get equipment to it all change the work. A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Accuracy

We keep the information here up to date and correct as far as we reasonably can, but it is general guidance about tree work rather than advice about your particular tree. Do not act on it in place of having someone look at the tree.

Protected trees

Where a tree is covered by a Tree Preservation Order or stands in a Conservation Area, it is an offence to carry out work without consent. We check this before quoting and can make the application on your behalf, but the legal duty rests with the tree's owner.
