Most people ring us because a tree has got too big, too close, or too dark — or because a branch came down and they would rather the rest did not. We will come and look, tell you honestly what the tree needs, and give you a price before anything starts.
If your tree has a Tree Preservation Order on it, or your house is in a Conservation Area, you cannot simply have it cut. We check before we quote, prepare the application, and can produce the survey or report the council asks for.
We arrive when we said we would. The site is set up safely, with a trained First Aider present, and all our equipment is checked under PUWER and LOLER. When the work is finished we clear up — brash chipped and taken away, logs stacked or removed as you prefer, and the ground raked over.
