Commercial tree surgery, surveys and risk management

We work for facilities management companies, leisure groups, landowners and agencies across the South of England. What they need from us is usually the same three things: a clear picture of the tree stock, a plan they can budget against, and someone who turns up quickly when a tree fails.

What we provide

Survey, plan, programme, respond

  • Tree stock surveys A full survey of the tree population on a site, condition recorded and risk rated.
  • Risk management plans A prioritised, costed schedule of works you can hold up to an insurer or a board.
  • Planned maintenance Pruning, deadwooding, crown lifting and hedge work on an agreed cycle.
  • Reactive attendance Failed limbs, storm damage and blocked access made safe.
  • Tree Health Assessment Reports Plus tree disease diagnosis and long-term management.
  • TPO and Conservation Area applications For development and estate work.
  • Planting schemes Species selection, sourcing and planting to improve a site.

Leisure

Riverside leisure site

A member of the public was injured by a failing limb. We attended urgently, made the tree safe and cleared the fallen wood the same visit.

We then surveyed around 400 trees across the site. Roughly 30 were identified as needing remedial work or felling, and we produced an ongoing management plan so the site owner could programme the work rather than react to it.

Government

Central London government agency

A tree stock safety report for a high-profile secure office block and car park. The work required security clearance, and the report had to balance the aesthetic value of the planting against the security obstructions some of it created.
