Who we are

Primary Tree Surgeons Ltd, company number 3317821, registered at South Building, Upper Farm, Wootton St. Lawrence, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG23 8PE. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the job. We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work.

We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Where we have carried out work we keep the record for six years, which is how long we may need it for insurance, tax and any question about the work itself.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andrew@primarytreesurgeons.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
